Deacons are to function as servants of the church in accordance with the meaning of the word and the practice of the New Testament.

The Mothers' Board Ministry seeks to glorify God, being mindful of His great purpose for our lives, which is to promote unity and harmony among our fellow man, and to give and serve.

Trustees are to function as servants of the church in all matters dealing with church property and finances.

Sweet Home M.B. Church is blessed to have 5 choirs to enhance the Sunday worship service.  The purpose of the Music Ministry is to:

• Share the gospel of Jesus Christ through spiritual songs 

• Encourage believers in their walk with Christ

• Elevate the worship service through music that praises God and prepares the congregation to receive His Holy Word

• Provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship

At Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Food\Clothing Donation is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
